Established in 1994, Grupo Panamericana de Radios S.A. (Ex Panaservice S.A.) is a media conglomerate that brings together three music radio stations (Radio Panamericana, Onda Cero and Más FM) and an online station (Radio 1160). It is owned by Raquel Delgado Parker Vda. de Alcántara and Vilma Leonor Delgado Parker de Torres, sister of Manuel Delgado Parker (founder of Grupo RPP) and of Genaro Delgado Parker (founder of Panamericana Televisión).
